caisson isotherme standard

Isothermal packaging made of high density polyurethane foam with double aluminised layers, assembled and glued with strength to provide great solidity. The isothermal boxes allow transport 24-48 Hours (France and Schengen countries), 48-72 Hours (European countries up to the Asian continent borders) 72-96 Hours and more than 96 Hours (worldwide).

  • PUHD in panels with aluminised coating
  • Thickness and tolerance ± 5 mm
  • Density of 32 Kg/M³
  • Thermal conductivity of 0. 023 W/M²
  • Single use

    • APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES:

  • Transport of biological or other products over the whole temperature range: - 80°C / - 20°C; - 25°C/- 15°C; + 2°C / + 8°C; + 15°C / + 25°C; specific temperature range on request.
  • Isothermal solution qualifiable according to ISTA 7D and/or NF S90-700 standards. Specific qualification profile studied on request.
